1. Agreement

By using PinFlicker you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. Access & Pinterest API

You authorize PinFlicker to connect to your Pinterest account via OAuth and act within the scopes you approve (e.g., reading boards and creating Pins). You may revoke access anytime from Pinterest settings.

3. Acceptable Use

• No spam, misleading content, or policy‑violating Pins.
• Only upload content you have rights to use.
• Follow Pinterest terms and community guidelines.

4. Availability

PinFlicker is provided “as is.” We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Intellectual Property

PinFlicker software, brand, and site assets are our property. You retain rights to your blog content and generated Pins.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinFlicker is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
